Let it roll. The Sushi is all about roll and control. Designed for riders who want to stay close to the curl and execute quick, precise manoeuvres, it brings a new flavour to F-One's foil range — a profile engineered for maximum control and agility, with instant turn response and precision when it counts.
Rail-to-rail feels immediate and natural, to the point where you almost only need to control the foil with your toes — a sensation strikingly close to surfing a traditional surfboard. With its 7.7 aspect ratio, the Sushi balances glide and manoeuvrability while favouring control over outright speed. Its high camber profile delivers an incredible low-end with very consistent, smooth and progressive lift, and pumping back to the peak is efficient and effortless.
Optimised for lower-speed wave riding, it gives outstanding control in the pocket, quick cutbacks and fast snaps without needing long bottom turns — instead maintaining a controlled speed so you can keep turning and carving even as the wave gets steeper or more powerful. Versatile across disciplines too: surf foiling, K-winging, pocket winging or tow foiling all benefit from its swift upwind performance. With a slightly reduced speed compared to the SK8, the Sushi doesn't aim to replace it, but complements it — when waves are steeper, periods are shorter, and control and roll are your priority, the Sushi is the natural choice.
Construction is F-One's Ultra High Modulus (UHM) Carbon fibre layup, 1.2x stiffer than HM carbon and 1.8x stiffer than regular carbon, precisely tuned via Dynamic Structural Design for this foil's specific programme. The Monobloc front wing is moulded together with the fuselage in one shot, removing the connection point and any parasitic movement, for the smoothest, stiffest possible connection. Fitted with the new TITAN 2 mast connection, using just two M8 screws with a reinforced structural connection.
