About the RS
The RS has become a favourite among paddlers of nearly all levels, winning SUPConnect's "Race Board of The Year" in both 2018 and 2019. Since then the shape has been fine-tuned for even more speed and strength: the nose has been pulled in slightly from the wide point for better into-the-wind performance, acceleration and top-end speed, while volume from the rails has been stacked back into the top deck and shaped into a higher centre peak to shed water and pop up more quickly when the nose punches through chop. The nose and tail were also lowered slightly to optimise the waterline, and the cockpit lowered for a better paddling position.
