Intuitive, responsive and radically fun, the SK8 builds on the strengths of its predecessor with a refined design, improved construction and an unmistakable surf-like feel — even more glide, control and carving freedom. Narrower wingtips and a perfected carbon layup keep it fast and playful while adding manoeuvrability, comfort and low-end efficiency.
The refined profile and outline deliver a genuine "surf-like feel," holding steady pressure whether you're carving in a critical part of the wave or winging overpowered in choppy water. It handles tip breaches with ease, delivers tight turns and clean transitions, and links more turns across a wider range of conditions — with perfectly balanced front-to-back foot pressure throughout: no overpowering, no kicks, no porpoising.
The SK8 keeps its full manoeuvrability across the entire speed range too — staying loose and responsive, never locking up, even under high loads or when fully lit. For winging specifically, it excels with high-speed glide and natural upwind ability, letting you ride fast and light without overloading your wing or your arms.
Construction is F-One's High Modulus (HM) carbon fibre layup — 1.5x stiffer than regular carbon, precisely tuned via Dynamic Structural Design for this foil's specific programme. The Monobloc front wing is moulded together with the fuselage in one shot, removing the connection point and any parasitic movement, for the smoothest, stiffest possible connection. The new TITAN 2 mast connection uses just two M8 screws with a reinforced structural connection for a more direct feel underfoot and stronger performance in all conditions.
